Kept simple, on purpose.
What gets collected
Only what you actually give us: your name, email, business name, phone number if you give it, and any answers you give in the enquiry form or the quiz. If you book a session through our calendar, that also collects your name, email, phone, and an address once one's needed. Nothing else is collected in the background, we don't run any separate analytics or advertising tracking on this site ourselves.
What it's used for
Purely to get back to you about your enquiry, session, or quiz result. If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email is used only to send that monthly email, nothing else, and only once you've ticked the box saying you want it.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored securely through Netlify, the company hosting this site. Bookings go through Calendly, a dedicated scheduling tool, which needs your details to actually run the booking and reminder emails, and its own booking widget may set a small number of its own cookies to function. Neither is used for anything beyond what's described here.
Who sees it
Chloe and Shannon, who both work from the same hello@aiautomationbyvia.co.uk inbox. Nobody else sees your information, and it's never sold or passed on to anyone beyond the tools mentioned above that are needed to actually run the booking or enquiry itself.
Wanting it deleted
Just email hello@aiautomationbyvia.co.uk and ask, and it'll be removed. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is also a single click on every email sent.
